Rooted in Mexican tradition and originally from the state of Jalisco, our Birria marinade delivers a rich, smoky flavor infused with a delicate balance of dried chiles and warm spices.

Perfect for slow-cooked beef or goat!

Directions

Select your protein or veggie – we suggest goat meat (the most traditional way) or beef chuck & short ribs.
Coat & marinate (suggested 5 tbsp per pound).
Slow cook until fork tender!

Pro Tip:

To make a birria consomé (the delicious broth you dip Birria tacos into), remove the meat from the broth. Add blended blanched tomatoes with beef bouillon, let simmer for 20 minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro and onion.
