I can’t say enough good things about this marinade! Flavors are deep and rich, a perfect blend of smoky, sweet and tangy with a hint of pineapple. I tend to avoid chicken breast due to its dryness. However, I use this marinade on chicken breast and it infuses the chicken with so much depth — and best of all, unbelievably tender! My mom and I were in denial! I’ve packed leftovers for lunch and have been extremely impressed by the tenderness and flavor of the chicken after being reheated. This marinade is a game-changer. Highly recommend!
the al pastor marinade is perfect for chicken fajitas with a side of rice. it surprised me how quick and easy it is to make tasty chicken. all i have to do is clean the chicken then add the marinade and the chicken is ready to cook.
